Socks - Take Two

This grove of lodgepole pine trees stand eerily on this foggy morning near the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park. The dead trees soak up the mineral-laden water, and when the water evaporates, the minerals are left behind, leaving the lower portion of the trees white. This is one in a series.
